سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحرص في NOVA على أن تصلك منتجاتنا بأفضل حال. ولأن منتجاتنا عطرية وتُستخدم شخصياً، نطبّق السياسة التالية:

يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج مغلقاً وبحالته الأصلية وبتغليفه الكامل وغير مستخدم.
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة، إلا في حال وجود تلف أو خطأ في الطلب.
إذا وصلك المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً عن طلبك، تواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام مع صورة للمنتج، وسنستبدله أو نعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً بما فيه رسوم التوصيل.
رسوم التوصيل (25 درهم) غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا.
يُعاد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع، أو بتحويل بنكي للطلبات المدفوعة عند الاستلام، خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

At NOVA we want every order to arrive perfectly. Because our products are fragrances for personal use, the following applies:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed, unused and in its original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
The delivery fee (AED 25) is non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
