شروط الخدمة

يُدار هذا المتجر (novaeau.com) من قبل نوفا اي ايه يو للعطور (Nova Eau Perfumes)، رخصة تاجر رقم 1657252 صادرة من دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة في دبي. باستخدامك للمتجر أو إتمام طلب فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.

  1. النطاق: نبيع ونوصّل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.
  2. الأسعار: جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي، ورسوم التوصيل تظهر قبل إتمام الطلب. يحق لنا تعديل الأسعار دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة.
  3. الطلبات: يُعد الطلب مؤكداً بعد تواصلنا معك على الواتساب. يحق لنا إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد الكمية أو عدم القدرة على التواصل مع العميل، ونعيد أي مبلغ مدفوع كاملاً.
  4. الدفع: الدفع عند الاستلام أو عبر رابط دفع.
  5. التوصيل والاسترجاع: تخضع لسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع المنشورة في المتجر.
  6. استخدام المنتج: البخور للاستخدام الخارجي فقط. استخدمه في مكان جيد التهوية، ولا تترك الفحم المشتعل دون مراقبة، وأبعده عن متناول الأطفال.
  7. القانون المطبّق: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإمارة دبي.
  8. التعديلات: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري النسخة المنشورة وقت الطلب.

Terms of Service

This store (novaeau.com) is operated by Nova Eau Perfumes, Trader Licence no. 1657252 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

  1. Scope: We sell and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
  2. Prices: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED); the delivery fee is shown before you complete your order. We may change prices without affecting confirmed orders.
  3. Orders: An order is confirmed once we contact you on WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach the customer, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
  4. Payment: Cash on delivery or payment link.
  5. Delivery & returns: Governed by the Shipping Policy and Return Policy published on this store.
  6. Product use: Bakhoor is for external use only. Burn it in a well-ventilated space, never leave lit charcoal unattended, and keep it out of reach of children.
  7. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
  8. Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
